As of July 10, the renovation project in the front-end section of Rongxin Factory (an agricultural products company) is progressing smoothly. All ongoing construction projects are entering their final stages, laying a solid foundation for the launch of the 2025 production season.
Key progress includes:
The auxiliary settling tank and surrounding water pool facilities are 95% completed, nearing full completion.
The raw material unloading yard, unloading pits, and surrounding auxiliary works are 80% completed. To ensure safe and efficient operations for transport vehicles, factory management and the Production Technology Department have conducted multiple rounds of optimization discussions on critical parameters (e.g., ramp angles and vehicle barrier heights). Construction is proceeding in an orderly manner.
The elevated water tank project is 80% completed.
Safety remains the top priority, especially for aerial work. On the morning of July 10, the Linhe District Emergency Management Bureau conducted an on-site inspection and highly commended the factory’s standardized and rigorous management of special operations.
On July 8–9, key clients including Haidilao and Donghai Starch Co., Ltd. conducted on-site inspections. They provided positive feedback on the renovation quality and equipment maintenance results.
Current readiness:
The tomato processing, power, and wastewater treatment workshops are essentially operational. Upon completion of the three-tier elevated flume, Rongxin Factory will transition fully into the commissioning phase, making thorough preparations to welcome the 2025 production season.
截至7月10日，农产品公司荣欣工厂前工段改造工程推进顺利，各项在建项目均已进入收尾阶段，为2025年产季启动奠定坚实基础。其中，辅流沉淀池及周边配套水池施工已完成95%，即将全面竣工;原料卸料场、卸料池及周边配套工程完成80%，为保障运输车辆安全高效作业，工厂管理层联合生产技术部针对上下车坡道角度、挡车杆高度等关键参数开展多轮论证优化，目前施工正有序推进;高位水箱工程完成80%。施工过程中工厂始终将高空作业安全放在首位，7月10日上午，临河区应急管理局莅临现场指导，对工厂特种作业管理工作的规范性与严谨性给予充分肯定;三级高架流送工程完成 85%。7月8日至9日，海底捞、东海淀粉等重要客户先后到厂验厂，对改造工程质量及设备检修成效给予积极评价。当前，番茄车间、动力车间、污水车间已基本具备运行条件。待三级高架流送槽施工收尾后，荣欣工厂将全面转入运行调试阶段，以万全准备迎接2025年产季的到来。
